Since 1993, Jim has been the managing partner and CFO at The Hechtman Group LLC, where he specializes in the PRISM CFO/Controller Services, advisor-client relationships, and staff development within an entrepreneurial culture.

Karin joined The Hechtman Group in 2002, and has been a partner with the firm since 2012.  Karin’s specializes in Individual and Trust taxation and is also the firm’s COO.

Paul Benjamin has been a partner at The Hechtman Group since 2021. Prior, Paul was a partner at Echales, Benjamin & Simkin, L.L.P.

Richard a Partner at the Hechtman Group with 25 years expertise in tax planning and preparation for small businesses across real estate, wholesale, retail, and professional services industries.

Debbie is a senior manager specializing in real estate partnerships and small businesses. She excels in tax work, refinancing, sales, 1031 exchanges, and general accounting.

Kari is a senior tax manager with The Hechtman Group, overseeing client tax responsibilities to ensure adherence to state and federal accounting regulations.

Marlene is a Senior Tax Manager specializing in income tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and trusts. She has been with THG since 2017.

Christine Hoffman is a Tax Manager at The Hechtman Group, assisting Partners and Managers with client services while bringing years of experience in accounting and tax.

She brings extensive experience from both regional and national firms and is passionate about providing thoughtful, high-level tax support wherever clients need it most.

D.A. is a CPA and Tax Supervisor with The Hechtman Group. He joined the team in 2021 and brings with him almost a decade of experience in a myriad of Tax and Audit areas, including individual, corporate, non-profit, trusts and estates.

Isaac is a Tax Supervisor with The Hechtman Group. A former intern and now full-time employee, Isaac earned his bachelor’s in finance from Lake Forest College.

Ari is a Senior Accountant with The Hechtman Group. A Certified Public Accountant, Ari specializes in business accounting and taxes, and personal taxes.
